SFR secret code Solved/Closed

Question

Hello,

I tried to change my SFR secret code for my voicemail as requested when I called 123 following a voicemail change.
I proceeded as indicated: If you have forgotten your secret code, you can change it from your mobile phone.
Call 123 from your mobile, press the * key, then the 3 key, and finally, press the 2 key. Type your secret code followed by #.

But nothing works; the robotic voice tells me that my secret code is incorrect and asks me to re-enter it.

I'm having the same problems! It's so annoying, I can't read my messages!! I don't know what to do, it's asking me for my secret code and I don't even know what it is!!!! If you have an answer, please let me know as soon as possible!! Thank you.

she tells me she didn't understand my request and sends me nothing by text :(
seriously, there's no point in putting a secret code after changing the voicemail.
I don't know what to do, the 900 isn't working either.

I had the same issue, if you've never changed your voicemail code then call your number when you reach your voicemail, press the pound key and your secret code will be the last 4 digits of your phone number
