Hello to you too, I also got taken in. I had ordered the Spain football jersey for this summer. I placed my order in May, and it was in stock. Once my credit card was charged, coincidentally, it was out of stock. They told me by email that it would arrive and that there was a delay of 15 days. However, it turned out to be nonsense. So I didn't get my jersey and I sent an email asking for a refund, and then they told me I had to wait between 30 to 70 days to be refunded. So I'm waiting, and after 80 days I send another email, and then they tell me I need to send a bank details document. I send it, and they tell me I have to wait 30 days, and recently they told me to resend the document because it's unreadable. They shouldn't mess with me, it's still 79.99 + shipping costs that I haven't recovered plus the jersey, so they're thieves, and coincidentally, the phone number is not in service. What should I do to end this with them? File a complaint or not, or let it go?

Hello, if I were you, I would file a complaint because they stole your money. Go to the police with the order form that you can print from the internet, and call a special number for consumers, check the repression website, I can't quite remember!! I can't even tell you the crisis... impossible to reach them by phone to find out what happened to my order.
As far as I'm concerned, I will no longer use this website.
I suggest you try the site madeinsport because at least they are responsive and definitely reachable.

On April 17, 2010, I ordered a retro 1970 Cameroon jacket from subsidesport. My money was withdrawn immediately, and I received an order confirmation two days later... and a shipping confirmation ten days later...! In the meantime, there was no information, which was quite destabilizing compared to many other websites... So I checked the forum and there I found a lot of concerns due to numerous complaints. Additional worries arose because the package took more than two weeks to arrive when the shipping email stated a maximum of 5 days... while other sites announce if there is a waiting period or quick shipping... well, my testimony aims to say that the shop is legitimate, at least for my order; however, be careful, the delivery time is very long and provides little information. I would like to react and share my opinion about the website SUBSIDESPORT. I recently visited this site because I wanted to order a jersey, shorts, and socks for my son, who is a supporter of LYON. Cautious, I first checked the forum that discussed this site. I saw a lot of negative reviews and honestly almost gave up. Then, the appeal of the price (jersey for 44.99 instead of 69.99, shorts for 24.99 instead of 35) made me go ahead. I first sent an email to the company regarding the negative reviews (delivery times, refund issues...). They replied the same day by providing solutions in case of problems. Then I sent a second email asking if the desired items would be available for Christmas. They confirmed that there was no problem. In the end: order on 11/16/09 - receipt of items on 11/20. I feared one last thing that I had read. Some think it is a counterfeit; well, I can confirm that it is not. Original items from UMBRO. Conclusion: a gain of 40 euros on the entire jersey-shorts-socks set. I am very satisfied and I say to you, don't hesitate and let the controversies stop. I don't doubt that some may have had issues, but we must not generalize. Come on, happy shopping!
I don't think I've called into question the authenticity of Subside sport jerseys, they are real, no problem there.

It is now 05/21/10 and the item still hasn't arrived, even though they advertise a maximum delivery time of 5 days (they later say there's a problem with the post, which is a big lie). I requested a tracking number that I never received. I immediately asked for a refund. (Let's not push it because, contrary to what I've read, they are not that competitive.) Now, does a €10 discount justify waiting a month for an item when you need it quickly...

I received my order in one week but the problem is I only got the Los Angeles Galaxy jersey! I sent an email to ask where the rest of my order is. So far, no response. I'm very scared because I'm not very wealthy; it was a little treat for Christmas. But I think it won't be a very good gift, I'm crying!

The real problem is that a guy wanted to create a website for selling products (football) online and to do so and attract as many customers as possible, he put up for sale a bit of everything and anything. He's offering products that they don't have, I'm sure of it. As for me, I ordered a Brazil jersey (I've been collecting them for nearly 15 years) from 1994, blue with the name RONALDO on it. I was foolish to think that this site would provide it because a jersey that's 16 years old! blue (more rare)! with RONALDO on it! and especially NEW! : IMPOSSIBLE. Even used, there can't be many around.
They don't care about people who don't have much money and who like you made a rare pleasure that comes at a price. They immediately debited 157 euros from my account and no news! UNACCEPTABLE.
I then searched for the address and phone number of the site manager and warned him that I would come knock on his door if my account was not credited back within 2 days. That's exactly what they did right away.
Other people have never been refunded. Don't hesitate to contact him, even if it means showing up at his place, that's what I would have done. You don't just take people's money like that. And above all, before ordering on a site, take a look at forums like this one. It will help you know who you're dealing with.

As a punctual client of Subsidesports, I attempted to order an item from their website for the first time on April 12, 2010. Today, April 24, I still have not received anything! Quite rare these days. Moreover, apart from the order confirmation, I have no information regarding the shipping status of the package, and they are unreachable by phone... in short, it’s not very professional. Hello. I have a problem with Subside Sport. I ordered tracksuit since August 7th. Strangely, upon receiving my check, they had a breakdown. So I waited. A month later, still nothing; a month and a half later, nothing. I sent them an email saying that it was taking too long. I told them that if they were not able to send me the merchandise, they should return my check. What they did was cancel my order without telling me yes or no about the product. So I sent an email to request my check for the 10th time! They told me that the check had been cashed and that I need to send a bank account details. I went to my bank, and surprise, they never cashed the check. So I sent another email to tell them, and since today they don’t want to respond to me anymore. What's suspicious is that almost every site has a phone number, but not them.

Hi, I ordered a football jersey on July 23rd. It's impossible to contact them. I've sent emails multiple times. I requested a refund... they told me they would make a goodwill gesture.
In the end, I received my jersey on October 14th... of course without the goodwill gesture.

I also had a problem with them, but much less serious. I ordered a "Cannavaro" t-shirt by mail and received a "Materazzi" one. However, since I was hesitating between the two before placing the order, to avoid any hassle and wasting time, I ended up keeping the Materazzi one. I got away with it. However, when you ask them a question about an item, you never get an answer.

Hello, if I were you, I wouldn't order from any of the subsidies if you don't want to have problems. There are several specialty stores in Paris where you can find what you’re looking for. The advantage is that you see the product, you don’t pay shipping fees... and you leave right after. Happy shopping!
Hello, I have placed 3 orders on this site and I have always been delivered very quickly. I even just bought on the English site and I received my order in 5 days without any issues.
It has now been 1 month since I ordered a football jersey and still nothing!!! If I don’t try to contact them to find out what’s going on, these gentlemen don’t inform you at all. This is the 5th time I’ve contacted them and they tell me that the problem comes from the postal service and that I have to wait, but until when?
