Issues with a LG HT 462 DZ

Hello everyone, I just acquired an LG HT 462 DZ, what a beauty, but there is a BUT. First issue, apparently already known, it doesn't output the TNT from my LG plasma and the second issue, and not the least: its power. Indeed, on the tuner side, there’s no problem, the watts are there, but as soon as I play a DVD (original or DivX), that's a total disaster, to my ears it must represent between 15 and 25 watts and I am not exaggerating. Do I have a problem or is it the same for everyone? Thank you for your responses or advice.

Hello, I'm doing well at the moment, except that I don't know how to get the sound from the digital terrestrial television (DTT)??
What cable do I need? Thank you for your reply.

    Hello there
I just acquired an HC LG462DZ and I notice that each speaker at the bottom of each column doesn’t seem to be working. Have you encountered this issue before?

Hello... I confirm that the sound from the lower part of the unit is quite "weird" and particularly weak... I don't know if this is a technological choice from the manufacturer or if this home cinema system is actually pretty average... For my part, sound card failed after six months and I had to send the product for repair... not really great!
Aside from the aesthetics, I wouldn't really recommend this product.....

Hello, I also confirm the absence of sound (or very low sound) from the bottom speaker....
Is it a bad LG setting? Is it a normal setting (with the two top speakers doing all the work and the bottom one slightly fine-tuning the work????)
If you've had a response to your issue, please let me know....
I've been browsing all the forums....with no results so far.
      Thank you.

Hi, I'm Idem, but when I read the technical specifications:
        speakers = 2-way 2 speakers???

Is the other speaker just for looks or is it optional? I don't know.

Yes, eight days ago in my opinion it's a manufacturing defect and I think there are a lot of people who are complaining about this issue.

Sound problem for me as well on the HT462DZ from LG... All sources (TV, CD, DVD, ...) have suddenly become ridiculously low... All this after three months of use... I sent it in for repair after contacting LG... Since then, I've been waiting... Not great and no additional information for now... To be continued... Good luck!

I confirm that it is indeed for the decoration, hence the 2-way 2 speakers or 2 x 2 = 4 speakers in the manual; otherwise, we would be at 2-way 3 speakers, because in the variant that ends with SZ (with the satellites), for exactly the same power in W, there are only two speakers.

I can't adjust the subwoofer and there are so many basses that I can't listen to the DVDs unless I unplug the subwoofer. What should I do?

Hi, I just got an LG HT 762TZ and I can't figure out how to set up the subwoofer (I don't have any), did you do something special? Thanks.

      Hello
no adjustment possible for the subwoofer and also for the speakers on this model,
check your + and - connections (the subwoofer has an "orange" input) and
      it should work...........

I bought an LG HT462DZ Home Cinema and I hardly have any bass, and I don't know how to adjust it, so if anyone has a solution...

Also, I haven't figured out how to get the sound from my gaming console through the home cinema.
