Pour info, je pense que redémarrer l'ordi n' y changera rien car c'est tout le temps le même message.
Pour info également windows me demande de redémarrer le pc pour terminer l'installation de mises à jour importantes. Qu'est ce que je fais je ? -
bon ben écoute, les nouvelles mises à jours n'y ont rien fait pour windows defender il bloque toujours avec le même message. Antivir personnal est installé

tu redémarre l ordi pour les maj
ensuite tu refais un scan hijackthis (en mode normal) et tu post le rapport
apres je t explique pour le parefeu et windows defender -
Voici le log hijackthis, je redémarre le pc pour mes mises à jour et je te refais un autre scan avec hijackthis au cas où !

Antivir personnal est installé
il n apparait pas sur hijackthis donc il n est pas installé
télécharge OTMoveIt http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/oldtimer/OTMoveIt2.exe (de Old_Timer) sur ton Bureau.
double-clique sur OTMoveIt.exe pour le lancer.
Assure toi que la case Unregister Dll's and Ocx's soit bien cochée
copie la ligne qui se trouve en gras ci-dessous,
et colle-la dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt :Paste List of Files/Folders to be moved.
C:\Windows\system32\config\SYSTEM~1\AppData\Local\Temp\022722~1.EXE
clique sur MoveIt! pour lancer la suppression.
le résultat apparaitra dans le cadre "Results".
clique sur Exit pour fermer.
poste le rapport situé dans C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles.
il te sera peut-être demander de redémarrer le pc pour achever la suppression.si c'est le cas accepte par Yes.
Désinstal java car pas a jours et telecharge et instal cette version :

ensuite il te faut un antivirus :
Telecharge et instales l'antivirus Antivir Personal Edition Classic :

maintenant pour le parefeu et windows defender :
Démarrer >accesoire puis executer > tape : services.msc
- double Clic sur le service cité - windows defender
type de démarrage le mettre en automatique
clic sur appliquer
en haut a gauche clic sur demarrer le service
fais la meme chose pour : parefeu windows
ensuite y a des services a stopper cette fois :
Démarrer >accesoire puis executer > tape : services.msc
- Clic droit sur le service cité - McAfee Real-time Scanner
- propriétés
- et dans "type de démarrage" et mets le sur « désactivé ».
- Ensuite si le "Status du service" est sur "Démarré" faire : « arrêté »

apres tout ça refais un scan hijackthis et post le rapport et dis si t as encore des soucis

Bonjour chiquitine, encore merci pour ton aide la situation est redevenue pratiquement normale, internet garde un petit peu de lenteur mais rien de catastrophique. Maintenant il va fallaoir que je fasse le ménage dans tout mes logiciels à désinstaller. Une dernière petite chose concernant la protection de mon pc , que me conseilles comme logiciels pour être tranquille sans me ruiner . bonne journée à toi !

Bonjour chiquitine, comment vas tu ? Comme tu as été efficace pour me faire supprimer mon dernier virus, je m'en rements une nouvelle fois à toi pour essayer d'éradiquer cette s.....rie de spam CID ! malgré des scans avec antivir, spybot SD, ccleanner ... rien ne bouge et ce foutu spam revient sans arrêt dés l'ouverture d'une page internet ! Je ne sais même pas de quelle origine il est ! merci à toi d'y jeter un oeil s'il te plait .
