Bonsoir, je n'en puis plus, je suis au bout du rouleau.
Je recherche désespérement le moyen d'éradiquer ce foutu virus de w32/bagle.gen qui a
investi mon pc depuis le 25/07 suite à l'ouverture d'un crack ! depuis près de 5 jours,
je parcours tous les forums de France et de Navarre afin de trouver la solution miraculeuse
qui me permettra enfin de le remettre sur pied et de faire baisser ma tension de 4 à 5 points.
Donc pour résumer, j'ai le ver w32/bagle.gen dans le pc, les scans avec les différents antirus
ou anti spyware sont bloqués si ce n'est avec le scan en ligne eset dont je vais vous transmettre
le log.
Je n'ai pus non plus d'accès à mon fichier "utilisateurs/users" sous C:, disparu , envollé
comme par enchantement, je ri jaune, peut être est ce dû au fait que je l'ai mis en fichier caché
mais je n'arrive même plus à le retrouver car l'option "afficher les dossiers cachés" a également
disparue du menu option des dossiers.
Toutes les icônes de mon bureau, pfiouuuut , ya n'a pu non plus ! Et cerise sur le gâteau,
mon offre d'essai limitée de mon antivirus McAfee livré avec mon Dell inspiron 530 est arrive a expiration
dans la semaine , si ce n'est déjà le cas !
Sinon à part cela tout va bien ...

Ah et pour terminer et rendre les choses encore plus simple, je suis un novice en PC.

toujours en mode sans echec + reseau
Télécharge combofix : http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
Avant de telecharger clic sur enregistrer renome le en killbagle et enregistre le sur le bureau
-> Double clique sur killbagle.exe.
-> Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
-> Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.
NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt
Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :
-> Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.
Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur killbagle.exe.
- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.
/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.
- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redemarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.
- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)

toujours en mode sans echec + reseau
Télécharge combofix : http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
Avant de telecharger clic sur enregistrer renome le en killbagle et enregistre le sur le bureau
-> Double clique sur killbagle.exe.
-> Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
-> Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.
NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt
Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :
-> Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.
Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur killbagle.exe.
- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.
/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.
- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redemarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.
- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)

merci pour toutes tes précisions si claires , je n'avais pas lu la fin et du coup IE s'est coupé et comme je n'avais pas lu la suite j'ai dû revenier à zéro de peur d'oublier quelque chose... top c'est reparti pour le scann

Tu redemarre le pc et tapote la touche F8 des le début de l allumage sans t´arrêter.
Une fenêtre sur fond noir va s’ouvrir, tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec avec prise en charge reseau puis tape entrée.
Une fois sur le bureau si il n y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c´est normal!
Ps : si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5.

pour l ecran c est normal , il est important que tu reste en mode sans echec + reseau
télécharge OTMoveIt http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/oldtimer/OTMoveIt2.exe (de Old_Timer) sur ton Bureau.
double-clique sur OTMoveIt.exe pour le lancer.
Assure toi que la case Unregister Dll's and Ocx's soit bien cochée
copie la liste qui se trouve en gras ci-dessous,
et colle-la dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt :Paste List of Files/Folders to be moved.

Une fois a jour, le programme va se lancer; click sur l´onglet parametre, et coche la case : "Arreter internet explorer pendant la suppression".
Click maintenant sur l´onglet recherche et coche la case : "executer un examen complet".
Puis click sur "rechercher".
Laisse le scanner le pc...
Si des elements on ete trouvés > click sur supprimer la selection.
si il t´es demandé de redemarrer > click sur "yes".
A la fin un rapport va s´ouvrir; sauvegarde le de maniere a le retrouver en vu de le poster sur le forum.
Copie et colle le rapport stp.
PS : les rapport sont aussi rangé dans l onglet rapport/log
Note : On s occupera du parefeu et de windows defender ensuite

je désinstalle avast même s'il a l'air de refonctionner ? et ensuite je télécharge antivirus personnal classic (est celui d'ad-aware ?) , puis je vais sur le lien du forum que tu m'as indiqué plus bas ! j'ai tout bon ?
oui tu désinstal avast , mc affee , adaware car nul et tu instal antivir puis tu fais le scan malewarebyte
