File name font color

You can change them in the display settings.

Right-click on the desktop ==> properties ==> appearance ==> advanced ==> font

Yes, it works, but I had already used it. However, this is not really what I'm looking for: indeed, if I choose the text of the window in red, the text of all the folders is red. What I'm trying to achieve is to put a line in the desktop.ini file that allows changing the font color of icons only for the current folder:

The first part in bold is what allows Windows to know that this is the "My Images" folder (essential for Windows)

The second part allows Windows to display a custom icon for the "My Images" folder.

The last part, in bold, is what I added for Windows to display a background in the folder.
