Bonjour,
j'ai un problème de virus msn, on m'a donc conseillé MSNfix
mais j'ai un problème
Je tape R pour rechercher le virus et rien de se passe. Pourtant j' exécute l'application en tant qu'administrateur.
Pouvez vous m'aider svp

Oui simplement change d'anti virus. Tout d'abord telecahrge antivir que tu peux telechargez sur ce lien https://www.clubic.com/telecharger-fiche10821-avira-antivir-personal-free-antivirus.html Aprés l'avoir telechargez installe le fais un scna complet et mais le rapport ici Merci

Et bien je vois que tu n'a pas de virus donc je pense que se n'es pas un virus envoie un scan hijack si tu n'a pas hijackthis télécharge le sur se liens http://www.infos-du-net.com/telecharger/HijackThis,0301-454.html mais avant fais un nettoyage avec ccleaner (télécharge le sur se liens https://www.01net.com/telecharger/windows/Utilitaire/nettoyeurs_et_installeurs/fiches/32599.html Voilà dis moi quand tu auras tous fait .

Désactiver l'UAC (User Account Control ou Contrôle de Compte Utilisateur) le temps de la désinfection (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):
• Va dans Panneau de Configuration puis Comptes d'Utilisateurs.
• Clique sur Activer ou désactiver le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs.
• Décoche la case Utiliser le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs pour vous aider à protéger votre ordinateur.
• Clique sur OK pour enregistrer la modification et redémarre le PC lorsque ça t'est demandé.
ensuite tu peux passer MSNFix

j'ai fais ce que tu m'as dis; j'ai redémarrer mais MNSfix ne marche toujours pas.
j appuie sur R pour lancer la recherche et rien ne se passe!
