Message intempestif Résolu

Question

Bonjour,

Lorsque je vais naviguer sur mon disque dur, à chaque fois que je clique sur un fichier de mon DD, un message s'affiche(Critical error : Attention, ! Some dangerous viruses detected in your system. Microsoft Windows XP 
files corrupted. This may lead to the destruction of important files in C:\WINDOWS. Download protection software now ! Click OK to download antispyware ( Recommanded) ). Et même si je clique sur non, cela m 'envoi sur un site qui ressemble au poste de travail sauf qu'il disent de télécharger cette C......E. Malgrès l'utilisation d'avast et d'AGV antispyware,  ce message persiste et apparait lors de la navigation sur le disque dur.
Pourriez-vous m'aider à résoudre ce problème ?

Bon pour commencer tout sa:
1.1telecharge MBAM via l' adresse suivante:
https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/ 34055379 malwarebyte s anti malware

1.2 met le a jour

1.3scan ton pc avec une analyse COMPLETE

1.4 nettois lesi infections

1.5 colle le rapport sur ce forum

telacherge navilog:http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe

puis choisit F ou f 

ensuite fais l' option 1

puis apres le scan fait l' option 2.
