bonjour,
firefox se ferme tous seul,
j'ai cherché un peu sur internet, sans succès. il y en a qui on le même problème sa vient du plugin flash, j'ai essayé de le supprimer et d'installer un autres, il plante toujours.
je l'ai donc ouvert par le terminal et j'ai attendu qu'il plante pour voir le message d'erreur et voila le message d'erreur :

The error was 'BadAlloc (insufficient resources for operation)'.
(Details: serial 49444161 error_code 11 request_code 53 minor_code 0)

Comme le dit la page http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/hardy c'est la version 3.01RC1
A mon avis ce n'est pas entièrements stable à 100%.
Je vous conseille d'utiliser la version 2 (sudo apt-get install firefox-2)

et sinon sur firefox 2 est ce qu'il y a l'historique qui souvre quand on tape une lettre dans le barre d'adresse ?

Opera n'est pas dans les dépôts principaux d'Ubuntu, mais dans le dépôt Partner.
Rajoute ces lignes à ton fichier /etc/apt/sources.list :
deb http://archive.canonical.com/ hardy partner
deb-src http://archive.canonical.com/ hardy partner
Ensuite, update & upgrade.

et si je passe sur fedora sa sera compatible avec firefox 3 ? parce que je l'avais téléchargé puis j'ai préféré mettre ubuntu

j'ai enfin réussi a installer opéra et apparement il marche bien, mais le plugin flash marche pas. je fais comment pour insallé un autre ?

bon opéra est bien mais il prend toute la ram presque (pourtant j'ai 3go) donc pour finir j'ai tenté un autre chose : j'ai tous supprimé et désinstalé firefox 3 vu qu'il buggai de plus en plus. j'ai meme supprimé le dossier .mozilla qui il est dans mon dossier home. j'ai réinstallé firefox 3, j'ai redémarré mon ordi, et depuis hier soir il y a pas eu plantation. amule c'est pas fermé et firefox non plus.j'ai juste écrit firewalled de quelques temps en bas de mon amule mais il disparaît de fois. sinon tous remarche bien je sais pas si j'ai eu de la chance ou quoi mais sa marche parfait pour le moment. merci quand meme a tous.
cétait a cose du theme de firefox peut etre. je l'avais changé et la j'ai laissé le normal de quand on l'installe et pas de bug.
