Good evening, I would like to know why the button on my Neuf box is flashing purple? Usually, the button lights up blue without flashing. Thank you

It's normal then, go to this page http://192.168.1.1/ and if your LED is still blinking purple, click on "Confirm" in the Service Button Identification, it should normally turn solid green.

Me, it's green and fixed, but sometimes it turns orange fixed. Either I unplug it and it starts working again, or it resets itself, but I wish it wouldn't do that anymore.

so try resetting the box
unplug all the cables except for the power cable and with a fine point press the reset button for almost 20 seconds then release it and unplug the power cable, plug in the other cables with the power one last

Hello,  In this case, you need to contact technical support, maybe you have a bandwidth issue, but first check if the cables are properly connected, restart the box and the decoder  Good luck :)

I have an issue with my neuf box. When I press the lock button, the purple light comes on and the lights at the bottom start flashing, and during this time I have no internet.
