I have the same problem, the light is blue-purple, and only the traffic logo is on, I have no internet, no phone for two days, they told us they would send us a new box but still nothing. Moreover, it turned off for more than a day, impossible to turn it on. I just saw that it turned back on but with no improvement... If anyone knows what this means, let me know!
