Problème connexion a cause de msn et boite!!

Bonjour,

Depuis hier, j'ai de gros soucis de connexion!!

Je suis chez orange, internet marche lentement voir pas du tous quand je me connecte a msn ou a ma boite mail out look. La boite out look cherche la connexion et ne la trouve jamais et msn s'allume mais je ne peux plus rien faire après.

J'ai fait une analyse virus avec avast, un nettoyage avec c-cleaner, une recherche avec "maintenance en 1 clic", 1 defragmentation, 1 nettoyage de disque bref, mon pc marche quand internet n'est pas connecter.

Si j'allume que internet sans msn et boite mail, ca va mais des que j'allume msn ou boite, tous fonctionne au ralenti meme quand je les éteint après!! Faut pas que je les ouvre quoi en gros sinon, apès, ça beug!!!

J'ai teléphoner a orange et quelqu'un doit m'appeler demain pour voir si ma live box fonctionne bien.

Mais si elle fonctionnait pas bien, j'aurais pas internet donc...

Parfois, ya des coupure qui font arreter mon décompte des heures connecter en bas.

Je n'ai plus hithjackthis depuis que j'ai formater mon pc. (sinon, j'aurais fait un log)

Voilou, grossomodo, est ce que vous croyer que j'ai une vilaine bèbète dans mon pc ou que c'est réellement un soucis de connexion???

Je précise que depuis peu, j'étais envahi de spam étranger!! Est ce une piste???

Gros problèmes de connexion chez Orange depuis lundi dernier.

Service technique : 3900

Ils vont tester ta ligne.

Sinon, c'est peut-être la livebox.

Dans ce cas précis, il faut la changer.

Non mais faut arréter la... C'est pas le lancement de MSN ou Outlook qui bousille la ligne...

J'ai mis mon log sur le site hijackthis ou faut mettre son log et il dise ce qui va et ce qui va pas, je ne vois rien de grave et vous???

Quelques truc un peu superflux mais sans danger appriori??!!!

Pour ce qui est de formater mon pc, je vais voir si vraiment je trouve pas de solution, je le ferais faire mais ca m'embete de demander encore a mon ami, car voilà...
Est ce si compliquer a faire??? Faut dire que je suis pas une pro quoi!!!

non je n'ai pas fais le scan avec msn ouvert car de toute facon, msn ne reste pas allumer, il se coupe tous seul!!

Je l'allume, tous s'affiche, puis, tous en haut, dans la barre de titre, ya 1 icone (comme une page vierge d'internet explorer) qui s'affiche avec marquer entre parenthèse après (ne repond pas)!!!

Pour la boite mail, j'ai enlever out look par defaut et j'ai mis celle de orange et j'arrive a lire quelques mail mais avec peine!! C'est long mais avec le naviguateur orange c'est pareil alors je me dit que c'est les chose fourni avec orange qui sont pourii!!! Car avec explorer (qui est pourri aussi mais pas encore pris le temps de changer!!) ca marche mieux!!

Bon alors, je crois que le soucis vient essentiellement de msn.

Ma boite mail fonctionne (enfin, celle de orange pas out look)

Croyez vous qu'il faut que je désinstalle msn et que je réinstalle??

Si oui, comment je fais???

Oui pour le formatage. Mais pour le moment, avec mes 3 enfants en vacances a la maison, pas le temps de passer des heures a formater donc si je pouvais essayer de désinstaller msn pour voir si ca peut etre mieux en attendant d'avoir du temps, ca m'arrangerais!! Voilou quoi!!

Depuis, tous marche correctement sauf msn c'est pour ca que je me disais que ca devait venir de lui (meme si ya surement une vilaine bete qui traine aussi ailleur!!)

Quand je l'allume, ca me foire tous et si je l'éteint, plus de soucis!! Donc...

Bon bah, tous marche maintenant!!

J'ai essayer de desinstallé msn en faisant ce qui est marquer dans le post suppression d'msn.
J'ai fait la suppression en passant par executé et fallait copier un code. Ca m'a mis tous de suite qu'il fallait que je redemarre l'ordi ce que j'ai fait.

Depuis, msn n'est pas désinstallé mais il fonctionne!!!???????

Aller comprendre!!

J'attend la rentrée des classes et je formate le pc car c'est quand meme louche!!
