My psp does not recognize my memory stick

Hello,
my PSP does not recognize my memory stick but I have tried it on another PSP and it works. Can you help me, thanks
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 2.0.0.11

How do I format the memory card? I'm trying to format the memory stick, I say yes and then it tells me No Memory Stick

Please help me because I can't save my games anymore!!

First, connect your PSP to your computer via USB, then reinsert the memory stick and it will recognize it afterwards.

I'm like you, my PSP no longer recognizes my 4 GB memory stick, even though there was no problem before. I think the memory stick slot on my PSP is dead. I'm going to check with the warranty to have it changed or maybe even replaced (I hope there won't be any issues)... but I'm like you, I'm looking for explanations, so please.

Honestly, I don't know where it comes from. Are you all on Custom Firmware too?

You just need to format your memory cards in FAT32 and not NTFS.

Salut, moi aussi, ma PSP ne reconnaît plus ma carte mémoire de 4 Go alors que j'ai une autre carte de 512 Mo et ma PSP la reconnaît. Que dois-je faire pour que ma carte de 4 Go reparte ? S'il te plaît.

Put the MS in the PSP > Connect the PSP to the computer > Computer (Windows 7) > Right-click on the PSP, format. Is the PSP hacked or not? Official memory stick?

You just need to go to settings, then system settings and do a formatting, all data will be deleted but your memory stick will be recognized by your PSP.

It's silly to say, but I had the same issue; insert a UMD disc and miracle, the memory stick is recognized again.

Hi, it's your PSP that isn't working because if another PSP recognizes it, there's a problem with your settings, or else it's your memory stick that doesn't want to share your data on your PSP.
