je n'arrive pas à avoir accès à la page que tu ma mis en lien (tuto). il faut que je clique sur quel bouton ??? parce que je clique sur et ça me met : " could not load the online scanner ! click here for other possible fixes." Je clique là dessus mais je tombe sur : http://kb.bitdefender.com/KB155-en--Troubleshooting-BitDefender-Online-Scanner.html
et vu que je ne comprend absolument pas l'anglais je suis totalement perdue.

comment je fais pour enlever définitivement la fenêtre "bitdefender firewall alert" ? puis il y a également le fait que je ne peux plus me connecter sur MSN donc est ce que cela a un lien avec se que je fais en ce moment ?

bonjour, désolé pour ce retard mais j'ai dû m'absenter. Je n'arrive pas à faire le scan. Je suits bien les indications données mais lorsque je demande de faire le scan il me met "impossible d'analyser l'ordinateur contre les virus".
Sinon en bas à droite de mon écran j'ai constamment deux petites fenêtres qui sont : file zone et net zone, j'aimerais bien m'en débarasser définitivement mais je n'y arrive pas.

c'est ce que j'ai fait juste avant mais ep44 m'a demandé de faire un scan avec bitdefender et je me demande si c'est vraiment nécessaire de la faire

on pousse la recherche

Télécharge sur ton bureau DSS (ex Comboscan) de Deckard:

(choisis enregistrer, puis Bureau comme emplacement)

http://deckard.geekstogo.com/dss.exe

Ferme toutes les applications en cours.

Double-clic sur comboscan.exe pour lancer l'outil.

Une fenêtre s'ouvre, invitant à fermer toutes les applications, clique sur OK.

A la fin de l'analyse, une fenêtre s'ouvre, clique sur OK.

Le rapport Comboscan.txt va s'afficher, copie le dans ta prochaine réponse.
Si un rapport complémentaire a été créé, poste le aussi dans ta réponse.

ok on trouve encore quelque chose

Télécharge OTMoveIt (de OldTimer) sur ton Bureau.
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/oldtimer/OTMoveIt2.exe
clic double sur OTMoveIt.exe pour le lancer.
copie la liste qui se trouve en citation ci-dessous,
et colle-la dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt :
Paste List of Files/Folders to be moved.

c:\users\marie\appdata\local\kawbrg.bat
EmptyTemp

clique sur MoveIt! pour lancer la suppression.
le résultat apparaîtra dans le cadre Results.
clique sur Exit pour fermer.
poste le rapport situé dans C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles.

il te sera peut-être demandé de faire redémarrer le PC pour achever la suppression.

par contre je n'arrive pas à me connecter sur MSN et je suis allée voir sur le forum messagerie/chat et je n'ai toujours pas de réponse, j'ai fait ce qui était marqué mais cela ne marche toujours pas.

c'est bon mon problème MSN a été résolu. C'est bitdefender qui me bloquait l'accès donc je l'ai désinstallé.

tu fais un clic droit siur l'icone et tu va sir propriété ensuite tu va en bas et c marrquer mode administrateur salut et bonne chance
