ordi super lent ! Fermé

Question

Bonjour,
Je souhaiterais savoir comment faire pour que mon ordi soit moins lent, surtout au démarrage, et quand je veut ouvrir quelque chose il se bloque presque à chaque fois. Mon anti virus a affiché un message comme quoi il avait détecté un problème, mais je n'ai pas relevé le message, et je ne sait pas comment faire pour identifier le problème. Merci d'avance pour votre aide, car je n'ai aucune connaissance en la matière.

- Lance le programme, puis sélectionne < do a system scan and save a logfile > 
- Enregistre le rapport sur ton bureau.
Et envoie, par copier/coller, ton log Hijackthis sur le forum,

* Lance l'installation du programme en exécutant le fichier téléchargé.
* Double-clique maintenant sur le raccourci de Toolbar-S&D.
* Sélectionne la langue souhaitée en tapant la lettre de ton choix puis en validant avec la touche Entrée.
* Choisis maintenant l'option 1 (Recherche). Patiente jusqu'à la fin de la recherche.
* Poste le rapport généré. (C:\TB.txt)


Puis on continue.

Très bien,
alors :

Relance Toolbar-S&D en double-cliquant sur le raccourci. Tape sur "2" puis valide en appuyant sur "Entrée".
! Ne ferme pas la fenêtre lors de la suppression !
Un rapport sera généré, poste son contenu ici.

NOTE : Si ton Bureau ne réapparait pas, appuie simultanément sur Ctrl+Alt+Suppr pour ouvrir le Gestionnaire des tâches.
Rends-toi sur l'onglet "Processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur Fichier et choisis "Exécuter..."
Tape explorer puis valide. 




Ensuite,
on continue le nettoyage :
> Les logiciels suivants (MalwareByte's Anti-Malware et Ccleaner) te seront utiles par la suite - ils sont à conserver...

> Télécharge MalwareByte's Anti-Malware : 
- Installe le programme puis lance le stp.
NB : S'il te manque COMCTL32.OCX alors télécharge le ici 
- Fais les mises à jour (clique sur "Mises à jour" puis "Recherche de mises à jour") puis ferme le programme.
NB : Si tu as besoin : Tuto

> Télécharge et installe Ccleaner : 
- Fais les mises à jour puis ferme le programme.
Si besoin est tu trouveras des Tutoriaux : ici, ici et là.


> Commence par faire un copier/coller de ce poste (cette manip.): (conseillé)
Ouvre un nouveau fichier Bloc notes (clique sur "Démarrer" => "Programmes" =>"Accessoires" => "Bloc notes"),
puis fait un copier/coller de tout le contenu de la fenêtre de ce poste dans le fichier texte.
Sauvegarde le sur le bureau, tu pourras alors y avoir accès même déconnecté ou en mode sans échec.

> Démarre en mode sans échec : (image). Si problème : tuto ici

> Lance MalwareByte's Anti-Malware,
- Clique sur "Executer un examen complet" puis "Rechercher" et sélectionne tous tes disques durs => le scan débute....patiente...
- A la fin du scanne, clique sur "supprimer" (Si des éléments sont difficiles à supprimer, un message te demandera de redémarrer : clique sur "Oui" alors)
- après suppression des infections : un rapport va être généré : sauvegarde le et poste le sur forum.

> Lance Ccleaner,
- Choisi l’onglet "Options" puis clique sur "Avancé" et décoche la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures" (tout doit être supprimé).
- Dans l'onglet "Nettoyeur" clique sur "Analyse".
- Une fois l'analyse terminée, clique sur "Lancer le Nettoyage".
- Dans l'onglet "registre" => Recherches des erreurs => Réparer les erreurs sélectionnées => enregistre une sauvegarde => corriger toutes erreurs sélectionnées => ok => fermer.
N.B : Si Ccleaner te propose d'enregistrer une sauvegarde, reponds oui et enregistre sous 'Bureau'
Recommence jusqu’à ce qu’il ne trouve plus rien (cela varie en général entre 1 et 4 fois).


> Relance ton PC en mode normal

> Relance Hijackthis :

Et envoie moi, par collier/coller, ton log Hijackthis,

ensuite :
> Télécharge Navilog1 de Il Mafioso : http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.zip
- Enregistre-le sur ton Bureau puis décompresse-le en faisant « extraire-tout ».
- Double clique sur Navilog1.exe
- Choisis pour la langue le français, puis l'option 1 et valide.
Attention  : n’utilise surtout pas les options 2,3 ou 4 maintenant. (tu risquerais d’endommager ton pc)
- Patiente jusqu'au message : < Analyse Terminée le ..... > Ensuite appuie sur une touche comme demandé. Le Bloc-notes va s'ouvrir. 
- Fais un copier coller du rapport généré et poste-le ici.
NB : Le rapport se trouve aussi à la racine de ton disque : fixnavi.txt


Après une dernière manip. puis on termine.

Désolé, mais je ne comprend pas, peut tu me dire ce qu'est "les crasses", et à partir de quoi doit-je faire le scanne ??

Ce qui veut dire que aucune action n'a été entreprise. D'où ma question.

bon, voilà j'ai fini sauf que je n'arrive pas à faire le nettoyage avec Kaspersky, je clique sur le lien, puis je clique sur accepter les termes du contrat, pour le téléchargement se lance, et à la fin rien ne se passe, j'ai cliqué sur lancer le nettoyage, et encore rien !!!

pour répondre à tes questions; non je ne suis pas de SAN FRANCISO, d'ailleur j'aimerais bien savoir pourquoi cette question, et qu'est ce qui te fait penser que je pourrais être de là-bas ???
ensuite, oui j'ai Bitdefender 8 en plus de firewall, est ce que ça peut poser un problème ??

Pour le Kaspersky il faut me donner le rapport. Et non pas cliquer sur nettoyer sinon le lien t'envoie sur le site de Kaspersky pour acheter leurs produits.
Peux tu poster le rapport en ligne stp ?

- Exécute le programme et choisi l’option 5 (et uniquement).
Le programme va peut être générer un rapport, copie/colle le sur le forum. 


Maintenant si ton PC est si lent c'est parce que tu as deux antivirus.
Ce qui crée des conflits et du coup tu es moins bien protégée.

Je te conseilles de ne garder que Bitdefender qui est l'un des meilleur. Tu peux supprimer l'autre en le désactivant puis en le supprimant dans ajout/supperssion de programmes.

salut !

Je suis enfin de retour, aprés des vacances, puis beaucoup de travail, donc pas de temps pour l'ordi. 
J'ai désinstallé firewall, et j'ai déjà l'impression que ça bloque moins. Par contre je n'arrive pas à télécharger SmitfraudFix. Je clique sur le lien, je demande le téléchargement immédiat, puis enregistre sous, puis il m'apparait une fenêtre Dunloawdmanager.exe à rencontré un problème, et l'ordi ferme la fenêtre téléchargement.

Salut Sandy,
Et bien quelle surprise.

Alors supprime Download manager ou réinstalle le si tu souhaites le conserver et réessaye le téléchargement stp.

Je veux bien un nouveau HiJackT aussi car depuis le temps beaucoup de choses ont du changer.
