Downloader trojan que faire!

mon ordinateur ne cesse de se mettre en sablier sans arret apres avoir lutter et supprimer trojan et il menvoi des message alerte par son d'erreur sans arret...comment faire pour men sortir..merci d'avance cordialement...ps je fé un scan et vous l'envoi

    Et envoi le rapport
