pb virus je ne sais pas quoi faire

Bonjour,
mon anti virus norton etait desactivé car jai la nouvelle version ...
depuis mon ordi fait nimporte quoi et moi je ne sais pas quoi faire quand il sagit de virus maintenant mon anti virus est re iinstaller et il indique que tout va bien pourtant non. Il y a une fenetre antivirus 2009 qui s'ouvre. J'ai  utilisé spybot mais sa ne fonctionne pas. Pouvez vous me donner les instructions pour que je vous montre ce quil y a dans mon ordi.

celà fait un rapport détaillé à envoyer sur le net pour qu'il soit analysé par des experts dans ce domaines
c'est bien aussi mais quelques fois c'est long et compliqué mais très efficace.

un scan en ligne c'est un antivirus qui va scanner ton ordinateur et nettoyer les virus et les spyware et kaspersky est l'idéal à ma connaissance ok.

tape sur google : kaspersky scan en ligne et tu auras la réponse.
il y a d'autres antivirus de scan en ligne , tu peux choisir ce qui te plait

celà c'est un autre problèem

je te donne une parmi plusieurs à essayer

donc

tape   CTLR +ALT+SUPP ------- processus   et tu termines explorer.exe c'est à dire tu cherches dans processus  le processus  explorer .exe et tu le sélectionnes puis terminer ok


puis tu ouvre EXECUTER  et tape explorer .exe et valider.

est ce que tu as un anti spyware ?


désolé je ne suis pas expert dans l'analyse de hijack this

mais ce qui est sur c'est la présence de chevaux de trois et spywares dangereux

tu surfes sur internet sans la couverture nécessaire

il faut
antivirus
sécurité internet  pare feu puissant et anti spyware

si tu as une partition pour tes documents pense à les déplacer dans cette partition.

peut etre que tu seras obligé de formater car la réparation sans formatage ne corrige pas tout.
tu as trop de problèmes

et meme pour un expert de hijack this il faut des heures  pour le nettoyage s'il est encore possible
en plus tu n'as pas pu analyser avec kaspersky

Salut,

Désactive les logiciels de protection (Antivirus, Antispywares) puis :

Télécharge Combofix sUBs : http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
et sauvegarde le sur ton bureau et pas ailleurs!

Double-clic sur combofix, Il va te poser une question, réponds par la touche 1 et entrée pour valider.
Attends que combofix ait terminé, un rapport sera créé. Poste le rapport.

Copie/colle un nouveau rapport HiJackThis avec.

oui mon bureau est revenu apres l'analyse que regis m'a dit de faire je sent que mon ordi est mieux pourtant si j'ai bien compris ce n'était qu'une analyse donc peu etre que j'ai encore des virus.
sinon pour lanalyseen ligne c'est a 4% alors que ça fait 20minute que ça àdémarer je tiendrai pas jusque la fin je vais faire dodo je pense lol
en tout cas je suis contente que vous m'ayer aidé, je verrai demain si tout ça est résolu

Ok.
Supprime HijackThis et utilise cette version stp:

Télécharge HijackThis ici: 
http://telechargement.zebulon.fr/138-hijackthis-1991.html 

Dézippe le dans un dossier prévu à cet effet. 
Par exemple C:\hijackthis < Enregistre-le bien dans c : ! 
	
Lance le puis: 
Clique sur "do a system scan and save logfile" (cf démo) 
Faire un copier coller du log entier sur le forum

bonc bien choisir son antivirus ,s'il est complet ok sinon un parefeu et un antispyware est indispensable

je dis pas que norton est mauvais mais

il est plus lourd que les autres 
en plus il y a norton antivirus et norton intenet security

si ton antivirus est acheté tu le laisses .

l'infection est peut etre pendant la période d'inactivité de norton
