Logiciel espion ?

Voilà, je me tourne a nouveau vers vous car j'ai un problème qui me laisse perpexle...
Mon neuveu a un ordinateur portable Compaq sous windows xp avec une connexion wifi
Je l'ai reformaté il y a peu de temps car il avait des problèmes de vitesse et je lui ai aussi installé
avast et spybot. Il joue beaucoup a dofus et tout a commencé par le vol de son compte
On s'est rendu compte que quelqu'un avait volé son compte et pour cela celui qui l'avait fait
a aussi piraté son compte mail hotmail, il a changé le mot de passe de son compte hotmail et
ensuite après avoir récupéré le mot de passe de dofus grace a cela il a aussi changé le mot de
passe de dofus. A priorije pensais qu'il s'agissait d'une de ses connaissances qui aurait vu ou
entendu ses différent mots de passe, aussi il a simplement créé une autre adresse email avec
un mot de passe différent et surtout sans rapport avec lui de facon qu'il soit plus difficile de le
deviner. Pendant quelques jours tout allait bien mais voilà qu'il a voulu se reconnecter sur son
compte dofus en changeant le mail et en mettant le nouveau, il me semblait que l'affaire était
résolue puisque le voleur ne pouvait pas connaitre le mot de passe du nouveau compte hotmail,
enfin je croyais parce que en fait le vol s'est reproduit de la même manière : le hacker a fait
oubli de mot de passe sur dofus, a piraté le nouveau compte mail et changé le mot de passa du
compte mail et de dofus, donc retour a la case départ.
Donc je ne sais pas comment c'est possible mais par sécurité j'ai fait un rapport hijackthis
et je le poste ici afin d'etre sure si c'est possible que cet ordi ne contient aucun logiciel
espion ou autre...
