Fond d'écran spyware!

Bonjour,
J'ai besoin d'aide mon fond d'ecran c'est changer tout seul et maintenant il est bleu avec un encadrer bleu et jaune au millieu ou il y a ecrit : "Warning! Spyware detected on your computer! Install an antivirus or spyware remover to clean your computer."
Aidez moi s'il vous plait je nai pas de connaissance particuliere en informatique.
Si vous pouviez m'expliquer étape par étape se qu'il fo faire sa serait gentil !
J'ai windows xp familial.
En + de sa g voulu lancer un mode sans echec et sa a deregler la plupart des options d'affichage, jen est reregler quelques une mais les icone de la barres des taches sont toujours deregler aidez moi svp !!!

Installe le.
Sémarre en mode sans echec.
Fais un scan complet
POst le rapport ici !

Jai ralumer mon ordi et tout est redevenu comme avant avec le virus est ce normal ?

Scan ton ordinateur

ensuite

Télécharge CCleaner.
https://www.01net.com/telecharger/windows/Utilitaire/nettoyeurs_et_installeurs/fiches/32599.html

Nettoie ton pc et répare ton registre.
