Bonjour,
j'ai besoin de votre aide les gourous!
je suis sur un poste windows vista, et j'ai Norton antivirus Corporate (c'est un laptop de la boite ou je bosse)
j'ai du attraper une saleté a travers une clé usb
j'ai suivi les recommendations de notre dpt IT pour nettoyer ce virus mais il revient a chaque fois:

procedure appliquée:
-telecharger dernieres definition virus pour norton
-desactivation du systeme restore
-redemarrage mode sans echec avec prise en charge reseau
-FULL system scan
-redemarrage en mode normal
- norton detecte encore une fois ce fichu virus/vers meme s'il dit qu'il l'a mis en quarantaine
