Mp4 NEO white screen

Hello,
I have a big problem!!! Earlier, my 4GB Neo MP4 fell just a little... and since then the screen has been completely white!! I can't access the menu, but I can still hear the music as if there was no problem!
I tried connecting it to my computer, but the screen is still white!!! Could it be an issue with the screen??!!
Has this problem ever happened to you??
If anyone knows the solution, please let me know!!!
It's quite urgent..

    I had the same problem, I managed to reset the menu by putting it in the freezer for one day in an airtight bag.

      Did you find your screen back to its original state?
      I once had a hard drive problem with my PC
      and this information was circulating on some forums...
      I'm going to test that.
      It turns out I didn't take the time to contact
      the seller.

        This cold snap sometimes improves the contacts
        at the solder joints (micro) thanks to
        the expansion (and vice versa) of the materials.

        In my case, nothing new.

    Same problem on my side...
    But not sure about the crash.
    White screen, but access to music (it works)
    and I can add and remove files by
    connecting it to my PC.
    Did you find a solution babett74?
