Hello,
If I want to create a website, how can we find out if a site covering the same topic already exists?
Where can we find information? Please

      Well, it's about music. Something like posting song lyrics online... (that already exists)
      But do I have the right to do it anyway? Do I need to ask the CNIL or whom?
