Hello,
If I want to create a website, how can we find out if a site covering the same topic already exists?
Where can we find information? Please

Look it up on Google to see if there are already several websites in the field where you want to create your site.

Well, it's about music. Something like posting song lyrics online... (that already exists)
But do I have the right to do it anyway? Do I need to ask the CNIL or whom?
