Bonjour tout le monde,

Je viens solliciter votre aide concernant un problème de virus qui s'est installé sur mon pc : Malware Protector 2008
Il est sur mon pc depuis fin Avril mais jusqu'à présent il ne faisait que ouvrir des fenêtres Internet ... Malheureusement, depuis ce week-end, un magnique fond d'écran "Warning! Spyware deteced on your computer! Install an antivirus or spyware remover to clean your computer" est apparu, ainsi qu’une fenêtre de pub pour Malware Protector 2008 que je ne peux pas fermer. Des applications de recherche de virus et de débogage se lancent automatiquement. Je ne peux pas désinstaller Malware Protector 2008 en plus …

Mon antivirus est Securitoo (F-Secure) que je paye ts les mois avec Orange.

Je ne suis pas très calé en informatique et je ne sais pas quoi faire… quelqu’un aurait-il l’amabilité de m’aider avec mon problème ?

Mets Malwaresbytes à jour , et relances un scan complet en mode sans échec ,

--->une fois le scan terminé , click sur "résultat" : puis vérifies que tous les ojbets infectés soient validés, puis click sur " supression " .

Redémarres ton PC ( mode normal ).

Postes le rapport sauvegardé après la supression des objets infectés (dans l'onglet "rapport/log"de Malwarebytes) accompagné d'un nouvel hijackthis ( fait en mode normal ) ...

on vas utiliser un autre Anti-virus :

1-Télécharges AntiVir ici :
https://www.pcastuces.com/logitheque/antivir.htm
ou
https://www.avira.com/

Anti-virus gratuit ( en anglais )

2-Désactives complètement F-Secure ( on le réactiveras plus tard ) et veielle à ce qu'il le reste ...

3-Installes AntiVir et mets le à jour .

Aide AntiVir : https://www.malekal.com/avira-free-security-antivirus-gratuit/

puis fais ce petit réglage :
*******************************
une fois antivir ouvert click sur configuration et coche la case "expert mode" .
puis click sur configuration en haut a droite; dans la nouvelle fenetre a gauche >scanner > coche "scan all files" et en dessous >scanner priority = High
coche : allow stopping the scanner, comme cela tu peux faire une pause pendant le scan si tu le desir.
puis sur la droite coche les case suivantes :
scan boot sectors of selected drives
scan master boot sectors
scan memory
search foe rootkit before scan
decoche :
ignore off line files
toujours a gauche > scan > deploie > heuristique > macrovirus heuristic = coché et en dessous > win32 heuristic la case coché et high detection level

Redémarres en mode sans échec et lances un scan complet de ton PC : met tout ce qu'il peut trouver en quarantaine .
---> retournes en mode normal et poste moi le rapport d'AntiVir accompagné d'un nouvel hijackthis pour analyse ...

il a parlé de trojan sur ce fichier "comdlg32e.dll " mais je pouvais pas le mettre en quarantaine ... je suis en cours de scannage la

Je sais bien que c'est un trojan et il n'y a pas que lui ... mais le prb ne vas pas être entièrement résolut ... si Antivir n'est pas arriver à le mettre en quarantaine cela risque de ce compliqué ...

il m'a demandé ce que je voulais faire du trojan lorsuqe j'ai redémarré je l'ai mis en quarantaine je c pas si ca a marché ... par contre antivir c relancé tt seul et procède a un nouveau scan

Il y a déjà du mieux une fois que Antivir à finit de bosser , recommence en mode sans échec et postes moi le dernier rapport obtenu avec de nouveau un rapport Hijackthis ... je répètes , en modes sans échec et sans prise en charge du réseau ... merci ;)

PS : Le scan vas être beaucoup plus long , c'est normal ... mais aussi plus efficace !

il me relance un scan a nouveau apres redemarrage. je tenvoi le rapport en safe mode celui fait apres le demarrage et le hijack this d qu'il a fini...
