Je te recommande d'utiliser plusieurs logiciels pour nettoyer ton ordinateur :
- Avast Antivirus, gratuit pour une utilisation personnelle
- ClamWin, antivirus libre et gratuit. Il lui est arrivé de détecter des virus passés au travers d'Avast une ou deux fois
- Spybot Search And Destroy : Anti-Spyware, gratuit
- Lavasoft Ad-aware : Anti-Spyware, gratuit pour une utilisation personnelle
- CCleaner : nettoie les fichiers temporaires et la base de registre
Cela nettoiera ton ordinateur et résoudra avec un peu de chance ton problème.
