Hello,
Do you know how to contact a customer service advisor from Bouygues Télécom (contract customer) from a landline? Before, you had to dial 0. Apparently, that no longer works.
Thank you

Hello everyone, if you want to go to this page gathering some operators

Unlock mobile: 1064 from landline. WARNING try several times, number bug. INSIST. Once online, choose 1 then #0# to get an advisor and 2 to confirm.
HAPPY TO BE PART OF BOUYGUES. A NIGHTMARE TO REACH. They don't even give the choice of advisor on their server. And even in-store, they don't know.
2 hours to achieve it.
Bouygues doesn't want to pay for after-sales service or what? Or is it working so poorly that they prefer to play hide and seek????
GOOD LUCK TO OTHERS.

Hello!
A big thank you to you Yeahman for the phone number! It really helped me sort out my phone unlocking issue. Thanks to you, it was sorted out in a few minutes while I had been desperately trying to reach a consultant for hours.
Thanks again!

It seems that it's really complicated to get a representative and not a voice server. I'm trying to unlock the phone a colleague gave me, but I only have his number and not the secret code. So I'm stuck. I went to the Bouygues store and they told me to call 1064 from a landline, choose option 2, then press 0 (which is not offered) to directly reach a representative. Result: "the 0 key is not part of the options... blah blah blah we did not understand your request... blah blah." It's enough to drive you crazy.
If anyone has a working tip, I'm all ears.

Hello,
I've already called 1064 from a landline, then I enter the mobile number
I press 1 for a subscription mobile
Then the voicemail starts again and I press 0
Silly question, but did you listen to the voicemail: it should say 'press 1 if you want to pay your bill', 'press 2'.... and finally 'press 0 to speak to your advisor'
If you can't get through, try not pressing anything, you might be connected directly
Keep us posted!
On my side, I'm trying to gather information from a friend!
Bye!!

It's good, it worked! I typed 1)manage my account, then I entered my mobile number, then when it asked for the secret code, I waited and I don't remember which option I chose, but after 2-3 more steps they connected me with an advisor, woohoo! Not easy all this, honestly if I were a prospect it would cool me off (at the same time, it's better to subscribe to a new plan at an agency, but for the person living in the depths of rural France...) In any case, thank you!
1022
Having used it many times, 1022 is the right phone number. Moreover, it's the price of a local call from a landline. So use your boxes ;)
Good luck to everyone

Suite à un rechargement acheté dans un bureau de tabac, le crédit ne fonctionne pas car on m'informe qu'il y a un problème technique. Quelles solutions me proposez-vous ? 0667563303
Good evening,
From a landline, you dial 1064 (created following the provisions of the Chatel Law).
The rate is the cost of a local call from a landline, it replaces the 0825 825 614 which was subject to additional charges.
Bye !!

Bouygues has the unbeatable absolute record for the worst customer service.
It's like a bad joke, it's completely useless.
To get a slightly competent advisor, barely, in case of a problem or repair on the line, you really have to stay calm and hold on, and it's always been that way. Today just like 10 years ago.
Assuming you can even reach them and then get an understandable interlocutor... it's not a sure thing at all..........
Let's face it, Bouygues customer service is mainly about robots or being passed around pressing buttons then waiting for hours.
And when you actually get someone by total chance, it's catastrophic.
Useless.

I don't know where they get that they've had the best customer service for four consecutive years. We spend hours on the phone hopping from one department to another, having to explain our problem to them each time, and getting them to understand is a struggle because understanding is definitely not their strong suit...
