Import an AutoCAD file into ArchiCAD

Solved

Hello,

I would like to import a file I created on AutoCAD (a DWG file, that is) into ArchiCAD to construct a 3D model from the vector plans made in AutoCAD...

The import goes well, the only issue is that the scale is not correct at all between the DWG file and the ArchiCAD view (the DWG is much too small, so the scales do not match...)

Do you know what to do at this point, in the export step on AutoCAD or in the import step on ArchiCAD?

Thanks in advance.
Configuration: Mac OS X Firefox 2.0.0.14

so, first you save the autocad file as a "dxf" file, then open archicad and search for your dxf file and open it in archicad. then select the entire drawing, click on resize (don’t change anything in the dialog box that appears, just click ok) take a dimension you know, e.g., a column between two points and hold shift + the actual dimension of the column (30 cm for example) and that's it.
i hope that i helped you.

Hello M@diba, can you tell me how to work with section cuts, or 2D in Archicad?

Good evening
I was able to export it, but I can't figure out how to display it in 3D. What should I do?

It's simple for building 2D, it's like Legos, you stack and draw the blocks.
