Hello, I would like to know if there is anyone who could tell me if they know of a free software to convert a PDF file to DXF or DWG while keeping the scale.

Hi, you can edit a PDF with Inkscape and then save it as a DXF, but you will lose the scale; you'll need to redo a scale from a common reference to get the plan back to scale.

Be careful, Inkscape is still young and the PDF conversion may present some bugs (at least that's what I noticed back then). But Inkscape is rapidly evolving!*

In fact, with pdfgrabber 5.0 you can convert any vectorized PDF into a DXF file. It transforms any PDF into Word, Excel, DXF, TXT, HTML.

There aren't totally free PDF DWG/DXF converters all over the Internet, but if you convert a certain number of times, I recommend the 15-day trial version of AutoDWG PDF to DWG/DXF converter.
