Hello,
After entering the wrong password three times, my son's laptop with Vista got locked, and now at startup, it won't accept the correct password and asks to reset it!! Problem, what to do in this case. Even when restarting in safe mode, it always ends up asking to reset the password.
If you could help me, that would be nice.

the problem sometimes lies between the screen and the chair.
When's the blooper reel from CCM? ..........Come on, hang in there, you'll make it.

It's true what is said, Windows asks to reset, but how to do it, since there is no other administrator account on the computer. Upon startup, it automatically asks for the password, and even the correct password is no longer recognized. I'm stuck in getting the computer back up and running;
