Problème de l'assistant sans fil HP

Hello,
Since the beginning of the year, I have had an HP laptop with the HP Quick Launch Buttons provided by the general council (a bar allowing me to adjust the volume, enable/disable the Wi-Fi connection, and shortcuts)

But since Friday, nothing works!!!
The volume control buttons light up in green when I hover over them, but nothing happens.
The shortcuts also light up when I hover over them, but nothing happens either,
and the Wi-Fi button doesn’t respond at all!! So no internet

I went to see the properties of HP Quick Launch Buttons but didn’t find anything.
Then I checked the HP Wireless Assistant software to reactivate the Wi-Fi connection, but the software tells me that I need to activate it with the button that doesn’t work.

Please help me!

I have an HP 500 Plus plotter that has stopped working and is displaying the following message:
- call HP assistant
- system error:
* server error: 0x40d0003

* line: 638

Hi, I had the same problem, you just need to remove the right side cover and clean the gears (a piece of paper that is generally the source of the problem), if that doesn't work, manually turn the gears and it will work.
