Infection iifgaapq!!!

Bonjour à vous,
J'ai lu plusieurs sujet provenant de à peu près dans mon cas, mais la solution n'est pas tous le temps la même, c'e'st pourquoi je crée un nouveau sujet.
Depuis hier, mon PC a tous simplement l'aire d'être infecté par un spyware. En effet, mon antivirus avira antivir n'arrête pas de m'ouvrir une fenêtre me demandant quoi faire avec iifgaapq.dll
D'après les anciens messages que j'ai pu voir, il vous faut un rapport de hijackthis.

refait un log hijacthis et coche ces lignes

redémarre et reposte un log hijackthis.

dis nous aussi si antivir te le signale encore

salut essaye malwarbyte http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telecharger 34055379 malwarebyte s anti malware et antivir on mode sans echec

Tout d'abord merci.
Un des 3 sélectionné à disparu, mais les deux comprenant iifgaapq sont a priori encore là.
De plus, le message d'antivir apparait encore.

Petite actualisation, le rapport malware posté auparavant n'est pas le bon.
Il me fallait poster celui après avoir supprimé.

Je viens d'exécuter ce que tu m'as conseillé contre le trojan vundo. Malheureusement, après exécution, le logiciel n'a rien trouvé. Il me dit qu'aucun trojan vundo n'est présent sur l'ordinateur.
Peut-être m'y suis-je mal pris? J'ai essayé de suivre au mieux le tuto en anglais.
J'ai donc déconnecté ma connexion internet, déactivé le sytem restore, puis j'ai exécuté le logiciel.

Re, je viens d'essayer, mais le fichier iifgaapq.dll est malheureusement toujours présent, j'ai pourtant essayé de le supprimer 3 ou 4 fois, et ces fichiers sont présents dans le killbox backup, donc ils ont bien été supprimés.

J'ai tenté une nouvelle fois toutes ces techniques, pour voir si je ne m'était pas trompé dans une manip, mais rien y fait, le problème subsite malgré tout.
Je réexplique en détail le problème:
-Lorsque je lance une application, un message d'avira antivir apparait et me propose plusieurs possibilités comme deny access ou move to quarantaine.
-Par moment, ces messages s'affichent plusieurs fois d'affilé sans que je ne fasse rien, et ensuite apparait un message windows comme quoi il y a eu une erreur et me propose d'envoyer un message (message récurant sous windows).
-Plusieurs problèmes de navigation sur internet, surtout pour la mémoire des mots de passe enregistrés.
-Plantage total de l'ordinateur(pour l'instant seulement 3 ou 4 fois) , je ne peux plus cliquer sur rien.

Provenance du problème:
Ayant perdu la clé me permettant de jouer à un jeu (risk 2), je me suis mis dans l'idée d'en retrouver une sur internet via un keygen il me semble. Mais voila, n'étant pas très doué pour ce qui est de trouver ce genre de choses, j'ai sans doute téléchargé un fichier infecté que j'ai ensuite lancé. Je pense que le problème viens de là car c'est par la suite que les problèmes sont arrivés.

Voila en espérant avoir été assez clair et concis, j'espère que quelqu'un trouvera une réponse à mon problème.
