Define a scale in cm in Excel

Hello,
So I have a graph to create in Excel and I'm required to adhere to a scale in cm that must be respected when printing the graph.
I have a requirement for my x-axis which corresponds to a speed (4.5 cm = 0.5 m/s) and on the y-axis a dimensionless number called the Reynolds number (0.5 cm for 1000).
I would like Excel to produce the graph with the final dimensions for all my data series, and I have searched everywhere, even in the Excel help file, but I found no solution to my problem.
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

    Hello everyone,

I did some calculations and I can tell you that on Excel 2003:
    Row height: 1 cm = 5.98
    Column width: 1 cm = 36.32

There you go, I hope this will help you.

Ah no, alas! Because it's been 20 months since he submitted his assignment ...
