Indeed, as Durock said, "1/200 divided by 1cm" doesn’t mean anything, but we’ll try to figure out the issue..
It’s probably a plan made at a scale of 1/200. This means that what is represented on this plan by 1cm in length is equivalent to 200cm in reality, or 2m.
In other words, everything on the plan is 200 times larger in reality. Simple, isn't it?
