7 virus!!help please

Bonjour tout le monde,
ben voila je scouate chez mon .on parlai pc, je lui montre le mien, il me sort le sien (je parle du pc portable hein....lol) ....sans antivirus depuis quelque temps car il avait norton mai bon...donc je lui ai mi avast. déjà a l'installation ça m'a dit que avast avait repérer norton alors que je lui ai viré....et que ça risquait de faire des conflits...
après avoir installé quand même, j'ai fait un scan au démarrage et surprise....

Je ne comprend pas ta requête, quel est ton problème, tu as détecté les virus et les a mis en quarantaine...
Que veux tu savoir ?

encore plus marrant avast t'a presque rien détecter, sur ton pc c'est pas 7 mais au moins une dizaine qu'il y a lol....

Télécharger CCleaner (sans installer la barre de Yahoo ) :
https://www.01net.com/telecharger/windows/Utilitaire/nettoyeurs_et_installeurs/fiches/32599.html

lance le, dans nettoyeur clique sur lancer le nettoyage puis dans Registre fait chercher et répare les erreurs autant de fois qu'il y en n'a.

2/
On enlève le plus gros :

branche tous tes supports externes (clés usb, mp3...) ne les retire pas avant la fin du scan !
fait un scan en ligne avec internet explore, si tu as firefox fait:
démarrer -> executer -> tape : iexplore (puis valide)

(coche toutes les cases à chaque fois) :
https://www.eset.com/

à la fin colle le rapport : C:\Program Files\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt

Ensuite une fois fini fait un rapport hijackthis :
https://www.01net.com/telecharger/windows/Securite/anti-spyware/fiches/29061.html

tu le télécharges, tu le lances et tu cliquera sur le premier bouton en haut "Do a system scan and save a logfile"
tu colleras le fichier texte ici ;).

PS : Ne fermes pas le programme

désolé mai le gros probleme du pc infecté est que au bout de 2min de fonctionnement il ne veut plus allé sur internet....
y a t-il un autre moyen?

bon ben le pc infecté veu pa allé sur le site pour antivir...d que je clik sur ton lien ca fai "ieplorer a rencontrer un pb, le programme a du fermé, envoyer a microsoft ou pa?" je pourrai remettre avast plu tar ou il n'est plu bien maintenan?

met antivir fait la mise a jour et lance un scan et en meme temps un hijackthis.

relance hijackthis et tu refait le rapport
tu ferme la fenetre de texte et dans le programme tu cherche ses lignes et tu les coches.
une fois fait tu cliques sur "fix checked"
