I find Astra 1C, 1E and not Astra 19°East.

Hello,

I want to adjust my satellite dish to receive TNTSA channels via the SAGEM decoder.

After adjusting the dish, the blue bar is at 72% and the green one at 70%.

No channels are detected.

With the "channel search" menu, the screen shows: Astra 1C, 1E

Am I on the right satellite for TNT sat?

Indeed, the TNTsat for French channels is located on the Astra satellite at 19° East, sorry for providing false information.

Yes, that's what I did; then I slightly moved to get the highest possible quality and reception percentages (with Sage's help during installation): the blue bar is at 70% and the green one at 80%.
And I have ASTRA 1C 1E.
So I'm not pointing at the right satellite?

French TNTsat channels are on Hotbird 13° East and Atlantic Bird 3 position 5° West.

thank you, but no matter how I turn my antenna in every direction, it's impossible to find anything other than Astra 1C, 1E and of course, I have no channels.
I followed the procedure on the ASTRA website to position the antenna.

I have exactly the same problem; no matter how I turn my satellite dish in every direction, the strongest signal is from Astra 1C and 1E (so I am missing Arte, Direct8, BFM, and LCP).
What can I do to get the Astra 19° East signal?

The Astra C and E satellites do not exist at the orbital position of Astra 19° East, which is made up of F, G, H, KR, L, and M...

This obsolete thread no longer has any reason to exist!
