Excel : row height in cm?

Hello to the Excel specialists,

How can we know the correspondence in centimeters for points? For example: row height = 12.5 corresponds to a character size of 10 points + a few points above and below the line.
One guy needs to set row heights in cm and not in points, the same goes for width...
