Problem with filling out PDF form

Hello everyone,
For my work, I created a .pdf form with Adobe Acrobat Pro.
I saved this form without any restrictions on document protection.
My problem is as follows:
- When I open this document with Adobe Acrobat Reader, I get the following message:
"You cannot save the data entered in this form.
Print the completed form to keep a copy for your records"
When I check the protection options, I have several unauthorized options!!!
