USB port on Freebox: what is it for?

Hello,

I have a Freebox with 2 USB ports at the back; what are they for?
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 2.0.0.14

I wonder if you can plug in an external hard drive to replace the built-in one; that would offer more recording time.

For what to record? I don't think there's a hard drive in there.

Well yes, there is a hard drive in the Freebox to record TV (digital recorder), press the Free button and it will appear.

28 hours of recording for mine, in good quality.

Hello, the 2 USB ports behind the free HD are for connecting an external hard drive to read downloaded movies.

no, it's another cable to connect to the computer via USB, it's the same 2 ports that I have on the front of my computer.
