Infecté virus win32 adware gen et autres

Bonjour,
débutante ni connaissant vraiment pas grand chose en info,
mon pc est infecté par plusieurs virus dont win32:adware gen, avast n'arrivant pas à les mettre en quarantaine ou les supprimer, je l'ai désinstaller pr mettre un nouvel antivirus mais maintenant impossibilité d'installer quelques programme...
(.exe n'est pas une application valide de Win32)
je ne peux donc pas non plus faire un scan avc hijackthis...
j'ai juste réussi a utiliser bitdefender online:

bonjour julie,

télécharge le 1 lien , installe le

pour plus d'éfficacité , redémarre en mode sans échec F8 et lance le scan

ensuite télécharge navilog (il -mafiosio )

je n'arrive pas a mettre en mode sans échec, je le sélectionne et ça revient tjs en boucle a la fenêtre des choix.
et pour kaspersky impossible de finir l'installation comme avec les autres programmes: "erreur 1304. erreur d'écriture dans le fichier C:\Program Files\Kaspersky Anti-virus 7.0\avp_io32.dll. Assurez-vous que vous bénéficiez des privilèges d'accès au répertoire."

ca parait bizarre


la touche en mode sans échec est F8


si tu as ton cd xp fait cette procédure


aller dans le bios F2 --> démarrage --> prendre l'option --> boot setting cd room

sauvegarder les paramètres par Y/N valider --> Y

ton cd va se lancer

Dans le menu qui s'affiche clique sur "installation". Windows va vérifier ton système --> choisir l'option--> réparer. Attention a ne pas choisir l'option "R" la première fois mais bien à la seconde quand tu auras "installer" Il ne te reste plus qu'a cliquer dessus et suivre les instruction qui s'affiche.
