tu n'aurai pas telechargé le logiciel de désinfection nommé: sdfix? si c'est le cas c'est l'origine de l'infections suspectée mais ce n'est qu'une fausse aletre

merci,je vais essayer cela.Cependant Norton me dit de faire attention car il y a Backdoor.Trojan.
Il y a un logiciel(gamemakerpro),que j'avais payé et qu'on m'a volé(il est retourné à la version gamemaker lite).De plus MSN s'ouvre tout seul.C'est pour cela que je demande votre aide.

en fait je l'avais installé car j'ai eu le virus msn "ta tof fai koi sur ce site" mais je ne l'ai pas utilisé.En ce moment le scan de www.pandasecurity.com m'indique que j'ai 11 fichiers infectés.
L'ordinateur fait des bruits bizarres depuis quelques temps (il semble trop travailler alors que je ne lui demande rien).Et aujourd'hui je m'apperçois du virus backdoor trojan.

donc norton te signale la presence de sdfix: et ne trouve iren d'autre!!!

Sauvegarde le sur ton bureau et pas ailleurs !

Double-clic sur combofix, Il va te poser une question, réponds par la touche 1 et entrée pour valider, laisse toi guider.
Attends que combofix ait terminé, un rapport sera créé. Poste le rapport.

en fait,j'ai acheté par internet un logiciel pour creer des jeux vidéo(game maker 7).A l'origine,il est gratuit sauf si tu installes la version"pro"(payante).J'ai payé cette version pro.Mais depuis hier,elle s'est volatisé et est retournée à la version d'origine;c'est à dire la version "lite" du logiciel.C'est ce qui me fait penser que quelqu'un utilise mon ordinateur à mon insu.

Sinon,je sais pas trop si mon ordinateur va bien.Tout de suite,ça à l'air de bien marcher.
Donc, avec ce que tu m'as dit de faire ça à enlever les mauvais composants de mon ordinateur(du genre msnfix ou sdfix)?
Et concernant,mon logiciel,d'après toi,ce serait quoi le problème? car je pense que ce n'est pas du tout normal (surtout qu'avant de voir mon logiciel "regresser en version lite" mon ordi faisait des bruits très bizarres).

j'explique:
j'ai télécharger il y a plus d'un mois le logiciel (game maker 7) que tu peux télécharger gratuitement sur le site www.yoyogames.com
Si tu veux l'upgrader(de la version "lite" à la version"pro"),il faut acheter une licence.J'ai acheté une license et une copie du logiciel,ce qui m'a permis d'accéder à la version "pro" de game maker 7.
Hier,j'ai voulu utiliser mon logiciel,comme d'habitude, sauf qu'il s'est retrouvé à la version"lite".
J'ai fait un scan avec Norton Security Scan qui m'avait indiqué que j'avais le virus "Backdoor,trojan"(après cela,j'ai demandé de l'aide sur ce forum).

rien d'infectieux dans tes rapport

pour ton logiciel je ne sais pas , la licence etait pas valable qu'une durée de temps?
