Aide pour lecture rapport Hijackthis Résolu

Question

Bonjour,
suivant un tutoriel pour l'aide a la désinfection de mon ordinateur j'ai scanné celui-ci a l'aide de ad-aware, spybot et ccleaner et possède par ailleurs l'antivirus avast. J'ai donc fais un état du système a l'aide de Hijackthis et implore a présent votre aide pour la démarche a suivre =)

OK merci ben je sais pas exactement ca doit etre en rapport a ma connexion internet peut-etre, j'ai la livebox...
Par contre ca me parait un peu bizarre que tout soit ok packe dans mon scan spybot j'ai toujours le virtuomonde et le win32 qui s'affiche. J'arrive a supprimer le virtuomonde mais le win32 on me dit qu'il est en utilisation et que donc pas supprimable avant de redémarrer ce que je fais mais il est toujours là ???

Le principal soucis que j'ai a cause de ce virus, a part le fais de flipper sur la santé de l'ordi en général, c'est que les pages internet avec mozilla s'ouvre plus sauf celles que j'ai dans mes pages marquées et dans I.E des pages pour me faire installer des logiciels pour "sauver" mon ordi et nettoyer le système donc voila si ca peut aider...

J'espere que tu vas réussir a m'aider =) ...

Euh enfait le rapport précédent c'était avant le redémarrage en mode echec donc a present je vais te fournir le rapport effectué en mode sans echec (par contre comme j'suis novice dans ces manip' il est bien normal de repasser en mode normal pour poster ce message n'est-ce pas ? pis pour le fichier non temporaire je sais pas vraiment c'que c'est donc j'ai créé un fichier avec droit d'admin sous programmes files que j'ai renommé et où j'ai installé Hijackthis...)
Donc vala j'espere que tout est ok... merci pour ta patience !!!

1) Télécharge et installe Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware:

http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe 

A la fin de l'installation, veille à ce que l'option « mettre a jour Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware » soit cochée. >>> clique sur OK 

Lance Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware en double-cliquant sur l'icône sur ton Bureau. 

Au premier lancement, une fenêtre t'annonce que la version est Free >>> clique sur OK 

Laisse les Mises à jour se télécharger 

*** Referme le programme *** 

2) Redémarre en "Mode sans échec" 

Au redémarrage de l'ordinateur, une fois le chargement du BIOS terminé, il y a un écran noir qui apparaît rapidement, appuie sur la touche [F8] (ou [F5] sur certains pc) jusqu'à l'affichage du menu des options avancées de Windows. 
Sélectionner "Mode sans échec" et appuie sur [Entrée] 
Il faudra choisir ta session habituelle, pas le compte "Administrateur" ou une autre. 
Regarde ici si besoin : http://pageperso.aol.fr/loraline60/mode_sans_echec.htm 

Ouvre le fichier texte sauvegardé sur le Bureau afin de suivre les instructions comme il faut. 

3) Scan avec Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware 

Lance Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware 
Onglet "Recherche" >>> coche Executer un exame complet >>> Rechercher sélectionne tes disques durs puis clique sur Lancer l’examen 
A la fin du scan >>> clique sur Afficher les résultats puis sur Enregistrer le rapport 
Suppression des éléments détectés >>>> clique sur Supprimer la sélection 
S'il t'es demandé de redémarrer >>> clique sur "Yes" 

--> Un rapport de scan s'ouvre, enregistre sur ton Bureau et poste ce rapport en réponse. 

quand tu demande une analyse, demande en mode sans échec. 

Pourquoi en mode sans échec: 

*Car déjà l'analyse cherche plus de fichiers en mode sans échec que en mode normal. 
*Et aussi en mode normal les virus ( trojans, cheval de troie, vers, spywares , malwares et autres ... sont actif) donc ne se supprimes pas donc ils faut le faire en mode sans échec voila.

coupe internet referme tous les programmes en cours

desactive provisoirement le temps de l'utiliser antivirus,antispy,antimalware,pour ne pas le gener 

sur ton bureau doubleclic Sur ComboFix 
reponds oui  pour commencer l analyse

pendant l'analyse ne touche pas le pc 

en fin d analyse il se peut qu'il te demande de redemarrer ou qu il le fasse tout seul....
laisse le faire

un rapport s ouvrira ensuite,ComboFix.txt......aussi sauvegardé dans C:/ComboFix.txt

redemarre encore et reviens faire ton rapport

OK ben merci beaucoup j'vais tenter ca...c vrai qu'en sachant ca sur le mode sans echec ca parait logique mais j'avoue que malheuresement je suis très novice dans ces domaines la !!

ok je finis avec le combofix, jai suivi c'que t'avais dis et j'ai pu faire le SmitFraudFix les 2 options...
Je suis tes précédents conseils pour le combo et j't'envoie le rapport.
Si je dois poster le rapport du SmitFraudFix mais il a l'air long enfin bon a plus !!

Voilà alors j'ai le plaisir de cocher "résolu" !!!
Merci aux deux personnes qui ont oeuvrés a la sauvegarde de mon PC, ya un super travail de fait sur ce forum donc merci ca fait vraiment plaisir !!!!!!!!!

1) Télécharge et installe Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware: 

http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe 

A la fin de l'installation, veille à ce que l'option « mettre a jour Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware » soit cochée. >>> clique sur OK 

Lance Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware en double-cliquant sur l'icône sur ton Bureau. 

Au premier lancement, une fenêtre t'annonce que la version est Free >>> clique sur OK 

Laisse les Mises à jour se télécharger 

*** Referme le programme *** 

2) Redémarre en "Mode sans échec" 

Au redémarrage de l'ordinateur, une fois le chargement du BIOS terminé, il y a un écran noir qui apparaît rapidement, appuie sur la touche [F8] (ou [F5] sur certains pc) jusqu'à l'affichage du menu des options avancées de Windows. 
Sélectionner "Mode sans échec" et appuie sur [Entrée] 
Il faudra choisir ta session habituelle, pas le compte "Administrateur" ou une autre.

Ouvre le fichier texte sauvegardé sur le Bureau afin de suivre les instructions comme il faut. 

3) Scan avec Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware 

Lance Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware 
Onglet "Recherche" >>> coche Executer un exame complet >>> Rechercher sélectionne tes disques durs puis clique sur Lancer l’examen 
A la fin du scan >>> clique sur Afficher les résultats puis sur Enregistrer le rapport 
Suppression des éléments détectés >>>> clique sur Supprimer la sélection 
S'il t'es demandé de redémarrer >>> clique sur "Yes" 

--> Un rapport de scan s'ouvre, enregistre sur ton Bureau et poste ce rapport en réponse. 

quand tu demande une analyse, demande en mode sans échec. 

Pourquoi en mode sans échec: 

*Car déjà l'analyse cherche plus de fichiers en mode sans échec que en mode normal. 
*Et aussi en mode normal les virus ( trojans, cheval de troie, vers, spywares , malwares et autres ... sont actif) donc ne se supprimes pas donc ils faut le faire en mode sans échec voila.

coupe internet referme tous les programmes en cours 

desactive provisoirement le temps de l'utiliser antivirus,antispy,antimalware,pour ne pas le gener 

sur ton bureau doubleclic Sur ComboFix 
reponds oui pour commencer l analyse 

pendant l'analyse ne touche pas le pc 

en fin d analyse il se peut qu'il te demande de redemarrer ou qu il le fasse tout seul.... 
laisse le faire 

un rapport s ouvrira ensuite,ComboFix.txt......aussi sauvegardé dans C:/ComboFix.txt 

redemarre encore et reviens faire ton rapport
