Virus MSN envoit des liens à mes contacts

Bonjour à tous

j'ai un souci de virus MSN mais je n'arrive pas à retrouver le virus en question.
j'ai déjà essayé (en plus d'un firewall Zone Alarm et un antivirus résident Avira Antivir) dans le désordre : adaware, ccleaner, spybot, MSN cleaner qq chose, et Hijack.
J'ai le log Hijack mais je ne sais comment le comprendre...
Pouvez vous m'aider là en m'expliquant ce rapport et comment s'en sortir avec ce virus ?
