Problem with Epson Stylus Photo RX520

Hello,

I can no longer make photocopies with EPSON STYLUS PHOTO RX520 message = E-04 (the message that means paper jam) I don’t have a paper jam, but I can print via my computer! could someone help me? thank you very much.
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 2.0.0.13

    Did you try reinstalling it? Or unplugging it?
    Do you still have the installation CD?
    Sometimes a single gesture is enough for it to start working again

        You need to open the printer to see if something is blocked; otherwise you should consider reinstalling the printer!

        Hello,

        I checked by opening the hood nothing, I don’t understand that it works by the computer and that it doesn’t work to make a copy!!! plus now with new cartridges I have white lines

        I found the CD (Disc Vol.1.0), I’ll see if I can redo the installation....

        I make my copies by scanning, and I bought an Epson Styluss DX7450 printer for €50.
