Hello,

I received a multimedia digital photo frame, and I have no issues with photos or music, however, I can't play videos...

What should I do?

Have a good day and thank you in advance.

    Hello,
I bought one for my mother last year and you need to convert your video file to the correct format (it's written on the box or in the manual).

Absolutely, that's why I'm asking him for the video format.

Well, the box says motion jpeg video

but I bought it at Electro Dépôt, and the ad stated that .avi files were supported, but when I play the movie it says format not supported...

Well, actually, I bought mine at Brico Dépôt too!! (So I couldn't know! Because on the digital frames bought in other stores, the indicated format works perfectly!! ) But hey, we shouldn't be surprised... it's Brico Dépôt, it works well once you've sorted out the problem.
I'll tell you the format tonight when I get home.

My digital frame bought from Bricot Depot is from the brand Sigmatec and supports files in MPEG1 format (.mpg)
test... here, I'll send you the link to the site I use http://media-convert.com/convertir/
    there you go...

So you go to the website... where it says "file," you click "browse," then you look for your video, then you scroll down a little bit and it says "output format," you select the one I told you (MPEG1), then you check the box "I accept the terms," and you click "OK."
And then, your video will start converting, and after that, you save it on your computer... you put it in your frame and normally it works!! (at least for my frame it worked...) now if it doesn't work... I can't help you!
