How to get green arrows on eMule

Hello, I have a connection problem on eMule. The arrows are yellow and it's not progressing very well. I would like to have them green so that it goes faster. Thank you for replying. 
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

      Hello, I'm at my wit's end, I've tried everything and I still have the yellow arrows, the banner, Kad network behind the firewall, who can help me from A to Z because I can't take it anymore.
      I have the SFR Neuf Box, on Vista, and I have Kaspersky...2009.

    Well, first you need to connect to a server to have 2 green arrows or see yellow.

    I only want one, I don't download via ed2k, just kad, and my arrow is yellow, before I had a red and green one and in one evening I had movies and everything, now it's slow without my green arrow.

    Good evening, I no longer have my green arrow on eMule. I am using Windows Vista, eMule 0.49c.

    My firewall is well configured, as is my modem/router. And I still have the yellow arrow, I download only via Kad so a red arrow and a green arrow. Anyway, I would like to get my green arrow back, how can I do that?

    I thought that my live might have blocked the ports maybe to prevent downloading???
