Rapport hijackthis a interpréte pc très lent

Bonjour,
Depuuis 4jours mon pc connait un ralentissement au démarrage, sur internet, lors de traitement de texte....
Je suis sous vista (et oui malheureusement j'ai pas pu choisir) j'ai avg free comme antivirus, spybot comme spywar.
J'ai fait des analyses completes avec ces derniers en mode normal et sans échec ainsi qu'un nettoyage du disque et une défragmentation. DUrant une journée tout allait impec mais ensuite re ralentit....
j'ai visité les post pouvant se rapproché de mon cas... j'ai télécharger hijackthis et je voulais savoir si quelqu'un pouvait interpréter ce rapport et si mon problème sera réglé

je suspect la présence d'un cheval de troie gentillement donné par un amis...
