What is STM3 Traylcon?

Hello,
I am a novice in computer science and every now and then, I see a message asking me to finish now and this thing is: "STM3 traylcon" does it serve any purpose and is it dangerous for my PC? Thank you all and take care.
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

    Are you using Zone Alarm Security Suite?
    When searching on Google, I come across quite a few posts that talk about it.

    Otherwise, you can always check the Task Manager from time to time, in the processes tab, to see if it's running, and try to link the appearance of the process to a specific event.
