Bonjour,
Voilà je suis victime depuis peu d'une probable infection sur mon ordinateur ( je précise que je ne suis pas du tout calé en informatique ); avec comme symptômes :
- Réduction des performances ( le système à l'air de fonctionner plus lentement )
- Apparition de messages soit directement sur l'écran soit dans la partie droite de la barre des tâches ( Ces messages parlent d'une infection qui aurait atteint mon ordinateurs, ils ressemble à des messages " officiels " de windows XP sauf que je n'ai jamais vu ça ( donc je trouve ça louche, ai-je raison ? ). Ces messages prennent la forme, soit d'une fenêtre qui s'ouvre directement sur l'écran, soit un petit bouton apparait avec les "raccourcis" de la barre des tâches et un message apparait depuis ce bouton ) Ils m'expliquent qu'un virus à atteint mon ordinateur et me propose de cliquer ( soit sur " oui " dans le cadre des messages qui apparaisse sur l'écran, soit sur là petite icône dans le cas des messages qui apparaissent en barre des tâches ) pour résoudre le problème
- Le gestionnaire des taches n'apparait plus quand je tape CTRL+ALT+SUPPR et un message m'indique qu'il a été désactivé par l'administrateur.
Je précise que j'ai téléchargé CCcleaner, Antivir, Zone Alarm et AVG Antispyware ( tout ceci après l'infection ceci dit... ) et que je suis prêt à suivre les directives de toute personne qui sera assez aimable pour m'aider ( et envers qui je serais très reconnaissant !!! )

=> Double clic sur SmitfraudFix.zip
=> Extraire tout
=> Double clic sur SmitfraudFix
=> Double Clic sur SmitfraudFix.cmd
=> Choisir Option 1
=> poste le rapport

* Redémarre l'ordinateur en mode sans échec
(tapoter F8 au boot pour obtenir le menu de démarrage ou http://service1.symantec.com/
* Double clique sur smitfraudfix.cmd
* Sélectionne 2 pour supprimer les fichiers responsables de l'infection.
A la question Voulez-vous nettoyer le registre ? répondre O (oui) afin de débloquer le fond d'écran et supprimer les clés de démarrage automatique de l'infection.
A la question Corriger le fichier infecté ? répondre O (oui) pour remplacer le fichier corrompu.
* Redémarre en mode normal et poste le rapport ici
N.B.: Cette étape élimine les fichiers infectieux détectés à l'étape #1
Attention que l'option 2 de l'outil supprime le fond d'écran !
reposte un nouveau rapport hijackthis à l'issu stp -
Alors, j'ai effectué la procédure indiquée, j'ai bien répondu "o" pour nettoyer le registre mais le logiciel ne m'a jamais demandé " corriger le fichier infecté ", enfin à part ça un rapport a bien été généré ( je le poste ci dessous, et à la suite, le rapport hijackthis )
Merci encore de m'aider ! ( j'y comprend personnellement pas grand chose à ces rapports )

Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau. Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec

= Redémarre en mode Sans Échec (le démarrage peut prendre plusieurs minutes)
Attention, pas d’accès à internet dans ce mode. Enregistre ou imprime les consignes.
Relance le Pc et tapote la touche F8 ( ou F5 pour certains) , jusqu’à l’apparition des inscriptions avec choix de démarrage
Avec les touches « flèches », sélectionne Mode sans échec ==> entrée ==>nom utilisateur habituel

= Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script.
= Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.
= Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.
= Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
= Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
= Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.
= Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.
= Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.
= Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse
ensuite
Télécharge Combofix http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
et sauvegarde le sur ton bureau et pas ailleurs!
=> déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications.
=> désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)
=> Double-clic sur combofix,
=> Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.
=> Attends que combofix ait terminé, un rapport sera créé.
=> réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware
=> copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt

* Copie le texte sélectionné (CTRL+C).
* Ouvre le bloc-notes (programme>Accessoires >bloc-notes).
* Veille à ce que Retour à la ligne ne soit pas coché dans Format.
* Colle le texte copié dans ce bloc-notes (CTRL+V).
* Sauvegarde ce fichier sous le nom de CFScript.txt
* Fais un glisser/déposer de ce fichier CFScript sur le fichier ComboFix.exe
* Une fenêtre bleue va apparaître: au message qui apparaît ( Type 1 to continue, or 2 to abort) , tape 1 puis valide.
* Patiente le temps du scan. Le bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises : c'est normal!
Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.
* Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher : Poste son contenu.
* Si le fichier ne s'ouvre pas, il se trouve ici > C:\ComboFix.txt
ensuite refais un nouveau hijack

Voila le rapport de combofix, en revanche mon bureau ne réapparait pas ! ( donc je n'ai pas pu refaire le hijack pour le moment )

si rien fait Win+ R voir si une boite de dialogue s'ouvre
si c'est le cas tapes : taskmgr.exe
ensuite rends-toi à l'onglet Processus, clique en haut à gauche sur "Fichiers" et choisis "Exécuter". Tape "explorer" et valide

Télécharge OTMoveIt (de Old_Timer) sur ton Bureau.
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/oldtimer/OTMoveIt2.exe
clic double sur OTMoveIt.exe pour le lancer.
copie la liste qui se trouve en citation ci-dessous,
et colle-la dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt :
Paste List of Files/Folders to be moved.
C:\windows\system32\voepltds.dll
C:\program files\winsos\winsos.exe
C:\PROGRA~1\mcafee.com\agent\mcregwiz.exe
EmptyTemp
clique sur MoveIt! pour lancer la suppression.
le résultat apparaîtra dans le cadre Results.
clique sur Exit pour fermer.
poste le rapport situé dans C:\\\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles.
il te sera peut-être demandé de redémarrer le pc pour achever la suppression.

élécharge malwarebytes

Relance le Pc et tapote la touche F8 ( ou F5 pour certains) , jusqu’à l’apparition des inscriptions avec choix de démarrage
Avec les touches « flèches », sélectionne Mode sans échec ==> entrée ==>nom utilisateur habituel
=> Lance malwarebytes
=> Coche "Executer un examen complet"
=> Si tu es en présence d'une infection à la fin de l'examen clique sur "ok"
=> Clique sur Supprimer la sélection
=> Pour poster le rapport Clique sur l'onglet Rapports/Logs, sélectionne celui t'intéresse et clique sur Ouvrir
=> Fait copier coller et poste le rapport
