Bonjour,

mon ordinateur est infesté par le virus infostealer.gampass, j'ai essayé spybot search & destroy, AVG anti spyware et bit defender en ligne, mais ca n'a pas supprimé le virus. un coup de main serait le bienvenue. merci d'avance

    tu va aller refaire un autre scan en ligne avec un autre moteur de recherche je te conseille f.secure tu fait un scan perso tu y met tout tes disc dur ainsi que tout tes fichier un fois lancer est fini desinfecte ce qu'il trouve apres refait la meme operation pour etre sur qu'il n'y est plus rien une fois finis tu retourne sur ton ordi et telecharge hijckthis scan ton pc avec et colle le rapport ici sur le forum afin de voir si tout est nikel .si f.secure ne peut pas virer ce fichier infecter refais un scan avec panda antivirus en ligne et poste le rapport voila a bientot en attente de news

    J'ai fait le scan en ligne avec f.secure, mais ca n'a pas fonctionné. tandis que panda antivirus à réussi a supprimer le virus infostealer.gampass

      re st nicole
      pour ma part cela me semble correct si tu a des problemes suite a la desinfection de panda il te faut aller dans C/proprieter /outils /verifier le volume /la tu coche les deux cases une fois fait il va te dire qu'il faut redemarer le pc la tu le fait ,ensuite une fois que le volume sera verifier normalement ton pc devrais fonctionner correctement si tu a encore d'autre probleme je te conseille de prendre ton cd d'installation xp de refaire l'installe de xp ,a un moment il te demandera si tu veux reparer xp et la tu le fait reparer mais tu installe le cd a l'allumage comme si tu aller faire ta premierre installation.si tu ne rencontre aucun soucis je te conseille quand meme de passer par la verification volume si un fichier a eter abimer par le virus cel le reparera.

    re bonsoir nicole clic droit /proprieter /outils /verifier volume/coche les deux cases et redemarre ton ordi ,cela va prendre 1a2heures voila
    je suis content de voir que ton gambass a disparu tu a u une bonne initiative avec panda !!!
    il est vrai que je conseil plus f.secure car il te permet de faire le scan sans enlever tes propre securiter ex.antivirus
    en plus il est simple d'utilisation je n'ai pas compris pourquoi tu na pas pus l'installer mais ce n'est pas grave du moment ou ta crevette est parti et aussi je suis sous vista et c'est un des seul scan en ligne avec bit defender qui marche bien donc voila.
