Trojan.Loader.N bloque ma corbeille outlook

Bonjour,

j'ai reçu un mail dans outlook sans objet ni texte avec une pièce jointe
Bitdifender Antivirus v10 me l'a signalé comme infecté
je l'ai supprimé
depuis je n'arrive plus à supprimer d'autres messages dans ma boite de reception, ni à vider la corbeille outlook

j'ai lancé un scan avec bitdifender v10 qui indique dans ce répertoire
.... elements supprimés.dbx =>(message 0): Re=>[Subject: Re][Date: Thu, 17 Apr 2008 ...]=> (MIME part)=> photo.exe Infecté : Trojan.Loader.N
Desinfection impossible
Déplacement impossible

Sous windows, je n'arrive pas non plus à supprimer le répertoire ... elements suprimés.dbx (alors que j'ai réussi à supprimer d'autres fichiers comme brouillon.dbx ou un vieux répertoire.dbx que j'avais créé).

Quelqu'un peut il m'aider SVP

re st a tu fait le scan avec f.secure si oui a t'il trouver quelque choseet si il ne trouve rien je pense que la desinfetion avec bit defender a du abimer un fichier ou des dll dans sont programe se sont certainement des executables tu devrais si ton pc et cline faireune reparation de outloock cela devrai rrenger le probleme sinon je ne vois rien de mechant dans ce rapport mais bon je ne suis pas un pro non plus et attend d'avor une autre confirmation mais fait par mesure de securiter le scan en ligne avec f.secure bonne soiree donne des news stp

st machpro esseye de faire un scan avec un autre moteur de recherche f.secure par exemple tu fait un scan perso et tu y met tout tes disc dur ainsi que tout tes fichier une fois le scan finis est la desinfection faite relance le scan pour etre sur apres tu voie si tout a bien disparu si non envoie le rapport a bit defender pour qu'il te donne une solution si se scan ne donne rien ou dans le pire des cas formate !!! il n'y que sa defois qui marche mais bon avant tout esseye comme sa

probleme résolu

j'ai baissé temporairement le niveau de sévérité de Bitdifender, le temps de supprimer le répertoire "elements supprimés.dbx", et dans cette configuration la suppression a réussi.

je pense que l'antivirus empéchait la suppression du mail douteux.
