Infection iesearch - hijackthis help

Bonjour,
J'ai attrapé une cochonnerie sur mon pc... Ma page de démarrage IE a été modifiée (pour iesearch), j'ai plein de fenêtres IE intempestives qui apparaissent, mon ordi et suer lent, mon UC toujours toujours dans le rouge...
J'ai essayé d'installer AVG anti spyware, mais je ne suis plus capable d'installer quoi que ce soit...malheureusement incapable aussi de faire une restauration système... Bref, tout est perturbé.
